Payment Methods
What payment methods are accepted?
Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.
Returns
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged we will send a replacement out within 2-4 business days for in stock items and 7-14 business days for custom items. We want you to be happy with all of your Star Hitched Wagon products, if for any reason there is a problem with your order please contact us via email at stacey@starhitchedwagon.com right away so we can discuss options!
Shipping
What are your shipping times and rates?
In stock products ship in 2-4 business days, custom and wholesale orders typically ship in 7-14 business days.
We ship USPS or FedEx which typically arrives in 2-5 days...delays can happen...this is just a typical estimate…please follow the progress of your order with the tracking number you receive once your order ships.
We have an $8.00 flat fee for orders up to $100.00, orders over $100.00 ship free!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Our products contain all natural essential oil blends so please do consult your doctor before use. Full ingredient listings are available with each product.
Are your products safe for children?
Our products are formulated with adults in mind. We do not recommend using with children.
Are you products safe for use on the face?
Our products are formulated with the body in mind. We do not recommend using on the face.
Are your products 100% all natural?

Our Ultra Cream is a water based product, so for your safety we do use a mild preservative called Optiphen (Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol). This preservative is paraben and formaldehyde free.
Our Soap Bars contain synthetic and natural colorants to achieve our fun vibrant colors and patterns. Those ingredients are: Titanium Dioxide, Mica, Chromium Oxide Green, Iron Oxide, Tin Oxide, Manganese Violet, and Ultramarine Blue
