Payment Methods:
What payment methods are accepted?

Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.

Processing Times:
• In stock: 2–4 business days
• Custom orders: 7–14 business days
• Wholesale orders: 20–30 business days
*Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Rates:
• Orders under $100: $5.00 flat rate
• Orders $100 and over: Free shipping

Delivery:
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delays can occur, your tracking link is the best way to stay updated.

Returns
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products I do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged I will send a replacement out within 2-5 business days for in stock items and 7-14 business days for custom items. I want you to be happy with all of your Star Hitched Wagon products, if for any reason there is a problem with your order please contact me via email at stacey@starhitchedwagon.com right away so we can discuss options!

Are your products safe during pregnancy?

Star Hitched Wagon products contain all natural essential oil blends so please do consult your doctor before use. Full ingredient listings are available with each product.

Are your products safe for children?

Star Hitched Wagon products are formulated with adults in mind. I do not recommend using on children.

Are you products safe for use on the face?

Star Hitched Wagon products are formulated with the body in mind. I do not recommend using on the face.

Are your products 100% all natural?

The following products are 100% all natural:

Star Hitched Wagon Ultra Cream is a water based product, so for your safety I do use a mild preservative called Optiphen (Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol). This preservative is paraben and formaldehyde free.

Star Hitched Wagon Soap Bars contain synthetic and natural colorants to achieve our fun vibrant colors and patterns. Those ingredients are: Titanium Dioxide, Mica, Chromium Oxide Green, Iron Oxide, Tin Oxide, Manganese Violet, and Ultramarine Blue

Hazel 8 Ounce Shea Soufflé Sugar Scrub

Amazing!

I expected that this scrub would, well, scrub, but I did not expect it to be so much more. Not only is it a powerful (but not irritating) exfoliant, it leaves my skin feeling like I just used the most luxurious hydrating cream. That alone is enough to love it, but it also has the most heavenly scent, so every time I step out of my shower I feel like I've just had a mini spa treatment at home.

Love the scent of this candle - toasted almond, honey and caramel. And when it is burning it has a crackling wick which I love! Everyone who comes in my kitchen where it is burning, always ask what the wonderful smell is!
