MARGO

Margo slips her worn rubber boots off her feet and lets out a sigh of contentment as her toes touch the rich soil, warmed by the afternoon sun. Though her body is tired after a full day of harvesting the fruits of her garden, you can see the smile of contentment on her freckled face. She is deeply grateful for the plants that surround her and nourish her family and community. Margo is a lover of all things red; vibrant red peppers, plump tomatoes and tall poppies are among her favorites.
